Arpa Parnas ("Wine & Rest Valley") sits on the bank of the Arpa River in Areni village, Vayots Dzor, about 112km from Yerevan — a large complex offering tasting of 180+ wines, vodkas and brandies from Armenia and Artsakh, a restaurant serving Armenian and European cuisine, a souvenir shop, and pavilions for pottery and miniature-painting master classes. The basic tasting fee covers 3-4 wines; larger degustation packages are available. A separate restaurant line (+374 77 767867) handles dining bookings. Reservations advised.
